Marco V. Boniardi (Milano, 1964)

Full professor in metallurgy
Politecnico di Milano

His main areas of interest are carbon and special steels, fatigue, corrosion and manufacturing processes of steels. Prof. Boniardi is author of more than 100 scientific publications, and collaborates with national companies and international corporations in the fields of forensic engineering and failure analysis.

Andrea Casaroli (Piacenza, 1984)

Contract professor in metallurgy
Politecnico di Milano - Università di Pavia

He is interested in Failure Analysis topics and industrial accidents, where he has developed detailed skills in fire resistance of materials. He is author of more than 20 scientific publications, collaborating with national and international corporations in analysis of mechanical, corrosion and fatigue problems.

Benedetto Bozzini (Milano, 1964)

Full professor in electrochemistry

He has been working in corrosion protection field and electrochemical engineering, collaborating with national companies, Orsay laboratories (Paris) and synchrotron laboratories (Trieste).
